Roman Reigns has been on a hiatus from WWE since his appearance at the Royal Rumble. However, WWE 2K25 actively features him alongside his Wiseman, Paul Heyman. In one of these promotional videos, The Tribal Chief took a massive shot at CM Punk while also throwing shade at the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers.

In an IGN video, Reigns reacted to a meme about the Steelers stopping the Browns from making the 2024-25 playoffs. The meme cleverly used Reigns and CM Punk‘s iconic Survivor Series moment to illustrate the situation. Reacting to it, The OTC declared that Punk cannot move in the presence of The Needle Mover.

Cleveland sucks. Pittsburgh sucks. Punk can’t do sh*t while I’m around.

The Head of the Table dismissed the Steelers and Browns as irrelevant while reaffirming his support for the 49ers. However, what stood out the most was Reigns’ unwavering confidence when taking a shot at The Best in the World. Despite briefly aligning during WarGames, their egos are simply too big to coexist in the same ring.

Reports suggest that WWE is planning a high-stakes triple threat match featuring Roman Reigns, CM Punk, and their longtime rival, Seth Rollins. While The Tribal Chief hasn’t returned yet, WWE has advertised him for its upcoming European Tour. With WrestleMania approaching, it will be interesting to see what’s next for the former Undisputed WWE Champion.

Roman Reigns claims ‘THE BIG DOG’ does not exist anymore

Roman Reigns has been in WWE for over a decade, solidifying his status at the top with his Tribal Chief persona. However, before embracing The Head of the Table moniker, he was known as The Big Dog of WWE. Recently, while reacting to a meme, the former Undisputed WWE Champion declared that The Big Dog is dead.

Speaking with IGN, Reigns dismissed his older persona, stating he no longer sees himself that way. While many consider The Big Dog identity legendary, he insisted it no longer exists. This clearly signals that the 39-year-old has no plans to revive that persona in WWE.

There is no Big Dog. He’s dead now. I don’t even see the other guy. He doesn’t even exist. It doesn’t- didn’t happen.

Roman Reigns’ Big Dog persona was a key part of his career from 2013 to 2020. Initially well-received, it faced growing criticism from 2015 onward, often sidelined by WWE, making it one of the most unpopular gimmicks in history. However, everything changed when Reigns reinvented himself as The Tribal Chief.
