One of the most commendable aspects of Russell Wilson is the support which he gives to the local communities of the team that he goes to. The quarterback shows up to events to support businesses of the area and can be seen attending games of the regional teams from other sports. Recently, Wilson attended an ice hockey matchup between the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Boston Bruins.

Polamalu and Roethlisberger would have advised the quarterback on how to handle affairs in Pittsburgh, a town that has some of the most passionate football fans in the country. The Steelers name tag comes with a set of expectations that the player is expected to live up to and this year, fans will see if Wilson can live up to them.

Damar Hamlin was present to support his hometown team. The safety for the Buffalo Bills was born in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania and later attended the University of Pittsburgh. He had the opportunity to pick the brains of Troy Polamalu, one of the greatest safeties of all time.
