Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney‘s fight is only seven days away, but it appears that Garcia is gunning for his next challenge. As such, KingRy made an unexpected callout on his social media and targeted the undefeated Terence Crawford. The strange matchup is something that the boxing world has not considered. Hence, it has caused quite a frenzy among fans.

Garcia had already announced that he wished to fight Gervonta Davis in a rematch after his first loss. However, KingRy is also setting up the possibility of another super fight by calling out Crawford. The possibility of the fight happening is slim, and the challenge might be a way to promote his upcoming fight against Haney.

I respect Crawford and what he has reached, but I want to kick his a** just cause. Let’s f**king GO B*TCH.

If Garcia can defeat Haney, his stock will go through the roof. This is mainly because Haney is an undefeated champion and a highly skilled boxer. Hence, if KingRy does secure his victory, it might put him in a position to fight Crawford. However, the challenge might also just be another one of Garica’s antics on social media.

However, if Garcia is serious about the fight, there is a possibility that it might happen. This is mainly because Crawford might jump at the opportunity of a big-money fight. In addition, KingRy has also given Shakur Stevenson his word that he will fight him next if he doesn’t secure the Davis rematch.

Ryan Garcia talks about David Benavidez being drunk

Garcia has now addressed the controversial drunken interview that David Benavidez did with DAZN. The fighter appeared at the venue to watch a fight but was noticeably drunk. As such, this caused Benavidez to go viral on social media, and he later apologized for this.

However, Garcia believes that David Benavidez did nothing wrong and stated that he has nothing to apologize for. KingRy believes that ‘The Mexican Monster’ can do whatever he wants on his off day. Hence, he believes that he does not owe anybody an explanation because of this.

Furthermore, Ryan Garcia himself has also been vocal about his alcohol usage. Ahead of the fight with Haney, he has admitted drinking and smoking weed. He believes that it does not affect him as an athlete, especially if he continues to train the next day.
