Becky Lynch was heavily rumored to return at the Royal Rumble this year, but despite the speculation, The Man was nowhere to be seen at the event. The same happened on Raw’s Netflix debut, where Lynch was also notably absent. Now, Seth Rollins has provided an update on Big Time Becks’ status amid ongoing return rumors.

Speaking on Maggie & Perloff, Rollins confirmed that Lynch is not done with WWE. He dismissed speculation about The Man heading to Hollywood, stating that she is in great shape and could return at any time. The Visionary emphasized that while her comeback is certain, the timing will depend on when she finds the perfect opportunity.

I don’t think she’s seen her last time in the ring. I foresee her making her return to the ring at some point, don’t know when. She was out working. She’s the best and she will be back.

Since stepping away from professional wrestling, Lynch has been focusing on her other ventures and family. Although she signed a new contract with WWE in late December, her return remains uncertain. She was widely expected to make her comeback on Raw’s Netflix debut but was reportedly replaced by The Undertaker at the last minute.

Lynch was last seen in WWE in May 2024, feuding with Liv Morgan over the Women’s World Championship. Following a steel cage match, The Man stepped away from the company and went on hiatus. Upon her return, she may pick up where she left off and resume her quest for the Women’s World Title.

Becky Lynch to face Lyra Valkyria at WrestleMania for the Women’s Intercontinental Champion?

Becky Lynch remains one of the biggest names in sports entertainment today. Given her status, she is likely to compete at this year’s WrestleMania in Las Vegas. However, the question of her opponent remains a hot topic among the WWE Universe. Speculation is growing that The Man could face her protégé, Lyra Valkyria, for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship at the event.

Valkyria and Becky Lynch share a rich history in WWE, both hailing from Ireland, with many viewing Valkyria as the next Lynch in the company. This connection makes a potential WrestleMania showdown all the more compelling. WWE could book this high-profile match as a battle of generations, giving Valkyria a chance to prove herself against her mentor on the grandest stage.

Moreover, a compelling feud over the Women’s Intercontinental Championship could help elevate the newly introduced title in WWE. Additionally, a rivalry with an organic babyface like Valkyria would provide The Man with the perfect opportunity to debut the new character she is reportedly preparing for her return.
