Two months ago, Becky Lynch revealed that Seth Rollins had undergone surgery. The Visionary had been competing for months with back and knee issues. As such, he has been on a well-deserved break since WrestleMania XL. Recently, Rollins was spotted training rigorously for the first time since going on hiatus.

In a clip posted by Black and Brave Wrestling Academy on Instagram, the former Shield member can be seen working out in a gym. Interestingly, he looked different from the last time fans saw him. The Architect arrived at the Kentucky Derby red carpet with a completely new look. Nonetheless, Rollins looks in good shape as he’s gearing for an eventual in-ring return.

At WrestleMania, he performed on both nights. The inaugural World Heavyweight Champion teamed with Cody Rhodes to take on The Bloodline duo of Roman Reigns and The Rock. However, the former rivals fell short and succumbed to the cousins. On the second night, a knackered Seth Rollins defended his world title against Drew McIntyre.

Unfortunately, the 38-year-old lost again as McIntyre ended his 316-day reign. Despite losing on back-to-back nights, Rollins received a lot of praise from fans and his peers. In fact, The Final Boss declared his nemesis the ‘MVP’ of the WrestleMania weekend. Weeks later, the Architect would sign a new ‘big money’ multi-year deal with WWE.

Fans delighted to see Seth Rollins preparing for in-ring return

As expected, the WWE Universe was ecstatic to see Seth Rollins training. Moreover, they were relieved to know that the Grand Slam champion wasn’t bald. In the aforementioned appearance at the Kentucky Derby, fans thought that Rollins had shaved all of his hair off.

Meanwhile, other users started to fantasy-book The Visionary’s return, asking him to go after the world title. One fan predicted that he would come back in the shape of his career, similar to his 2014–15 run.

Another user expressed their desire for WWE to keep his return a secret. Some fans suggested the names of CM Punk, Bron Breakker, and Roman Reigns as stars they would like to see Rollins face. All in all, the WWE Universe is pleased to learn that the former Shield member has started training for an in-ring return.
