After witnessing the events of the latest episode of Raw, it is evident that The Bloodline story is once again kicking back into full gear. In the main event of the show, Jey Uso defended his Intercontinental Championship against the man he won it from, Bron Breakker. However, Solo Sikoa was having none of it and made sure his brother did not walk out as champion.
After the show went off air, WWE released footage of the two Bloodline members walking backstage through the curtains. Solo Sikoa addressed his elder brother, reminding him of their conversation on SmackDown. He told the 31-year-old that he should have listened to the new Tribal Chief. Meanwhile, Jacob Fatu, always a man of few words, just gave a menacing look to the camera and then walked on.
During the match, Uso was seemingly about to take down his challenger before something in the crowd caught his eye. Sikoa appeared in the crowd alongside Fatu, holding two tickets to the show. The champion went on to confront his little brother, but Breakker was able to take advantage of the situation.
As Jey Uso began fighting back again, he was interrupted by the Guerrillas of Dynasty. Seeing the chaos, general manager Adam Pearce arrived with several WWE officials. They ejected Tonga Loa and Tama Tonga from the match. However, this action was unfruitful.
Uso was caught with a superkick from the Samaon Werewolf. Shortly thereafter, Fatu put him through the announcers’ table with a Samoan drop while the referee was not looking. This allowed Breakker to seize the opportunity, hit his opponent with a spear, and be crowned the new Intercontinental Champion.
Jey Uso wants to team up with Jimmy Uso to face the Motor City Machine Guns
After the recently transpired events on Raw, Jey Uso may finally have the motivation to join Jimmy Uso and Roman Reigns in their fight against The Bloodline. However, the 39-year-old already has some other names in mind, and he would like to face them after he is done with the Samoan faction.
Speaking to Metro, Uso revealed that he would like to go up against the recently debuted Motor City Machine Guns in the near future. He also mentioned that there’s no one he’d rather have by his side than his twin brother, Jimmy Uso. While he wouldn’t mind teaming up with Sami Zayn, he admitted that there’s something special about teaming up with “Big Jim.” He confidently claimed that together, they are the best tag team in the world.
Uso expressed his desire to face many other tag teams when he finally linked up with his brother again. He would like to go up against some of the newer teams in NXT, as well as the Lucha Bros, when they finally arrive in WWE.
