Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has a great deal of well-written stories and foes to encounter throughout the campaign mode. While Cal is roaming around the withered galaxy banding together with characters of similar ideals and goals. He is met with form resistance with one of the most dreaded bandits of the galaxy to take him down.

With its cinematic cut scenes and energy, the Survivor dwells well into the story and past events of the game with enough clarity. One such tenacious character is Rayvis. Rayvis is an infamous boss of the Marauder group who is also known as Bedlam Raiders. With a contract to kill Cal, Rayvis is on the hunt to take him down with all his might.

In the campaign mode, players will encounter Rayvis in the latter half of the game. Rayvis is a formidable opponent taking him on is no easy task as he inflicts a huge damage deal on XP. For players to find a way around these fights here are tips to defeat Rayvis in battle.

How to counter Rayvis?

  • Rayvis has a huge stature and uses long-range attacks by swinging his weapon. Players should keep a safe distance and try to dodge the maximum of their attacks.
  • The game mechanics indicates when Rayvis used attacks with huge damage and it is shown in red glow around him. Players will have to find enough room to dodge these attacks. These attacks shed a considerable amount of XP which will eventually kill Cal.

  • There are two parts to this fight. The second part begins when the player damages Rayvis and drops his XP bar to zero. This will render him angry and Rayvis will shed his armor.
  • Shedding his Armor will give him increased mobility and he will lay down a barrage of fast-paced attacks. These attacks are fierce and will deal huge damage if succumbed to one.
  • One of these attacks is a grab attack. This will lead to getting captured for a brief period and will receive a high XP reduction. This has to be avoided by keeping a close eye on his attacks and deflecting and dodging the same.

Here are some tips to fight Reyvis before entering combat

  • Rayvis is vulnerable when he does his long-range attacks. Come up with a heavy counter-attack.
  • Completely avoid red glow uninterruptible attacks and keep a safe distance from it.
  • Make use of healing stims to keep a good amount of XP after damage dealt with attacks.
  • Add enough points for combat in the skill tree before confronting Rayvis for players to stand a good chance.

After players blow the final attack on Rayvis to end his XP bar to zero, a cutscene with the final talk between the two takes place ending the boss fight with Rayvis for good with a final blow by Cal.
