Tennis stars Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa have ignited rumors of a rekindled romance after being seen together in Monte Carlo over the weekend. The pair were reportedly holding hands in Monaco on Saturday, just weeks after announcing their breakup.

Reports from the Express indicate that the duo visited shopping centers together before departing in Tsitsipas’ Aston Martin V12 Speedster. A video of their time together went viral on social media, though neither has confirmed if they have rekindled their relationship.

After their breakup, the tennis stars competed at the Italian Open. Tsitsipas reached the quarter-finals in Rome, where he lost to eventual finalist Nicolas Jarry 3-6, 7-5, 6-4. Meanwhile, Badosa was defeated in the Round of 16 by Coco Gauff, 5-7, 6-4, 6-1.

Tsitsipas and Badosa will now head to Roland Garros in pursuit of their first Grand Slam title. Their best performances in Paris came in 2021, with Badosa reaching the quarter-finals and Tsitsipas making it to the final. The Greek player had a two-set lead in the final before ultimately losing to Novak Djokovic in five sets.

Badosa and Tsitsipas had been dating since May 2023, often sharing glimpses of their dates and outings. Despite Badosa being sidelined for much of the year due to injuries, she was a constant presence in Tsitsipas’ box, supporting him at his matches.

As they approached their first anniversary, Badosa announced on Instagram that they had decided to part ways on good terms. She requested privacy during this time, explaining that they were closing this chapter of their lives together.

While Badosa has publicly acknowledged the breakup, Tsitsipas has yet to comment or post about it. This silence has left fans curious, especially since the couple was recently seen dining together in Madrid after Tsitsipas’ tournament exit. Badosa, meanwhile, has had a challenging year, starting strong but struggling with injuries. She briefly returned at the Madrid Open, only to face an early exit on her home turf.
