Stephen A. Smith has been one of the most talked-about personalities on television over the past few months. Be it his discussions surrounding the state of affairs of the country, or his wild takes about sports and their superstars, the 57-year-old has found himself appearing everywhere.
So much so that his popularity as a possible Presidential candidate spiked, leading him to start believing he has a chance if everything falls into place. The ESPN analyst is, however, aware that a lot has to happen for him to have a fighting chance in the 2028 Presidential elections.
He appears on every platform he can land on, be it right-wing, radical, left-leaning, anything that can get him some airtime. But mostly, he resorts to his podcast, where he discusses everything happening in the country.
Smith is not afraid to talk about controversial topics, and neither is he fazed by the recent attacks from basketball superstars who target his criticism-fueled takes on ESPN. However, he does back off when it comes to family. For instance, his older daughter, Samantha Smith, was on his podcast today.

They took on a question from a fan asking advice on how to handle receding hairlines. Samantha Smith took the opportunity to troll her father. She counted finger by finger how big her father’s forehead was. Then she went on to suggest that he could undergo surgery to get his hairline back to normal.
Every time the teenager talked about her father’s hairline, he was embarrassed, knowing he had no comebacks against his daughter, of all people. Anyone else, even if it is Shaquille O’Neal or Charles Barkley, Stephen A. Smith had comebacks, but not for her.
Fans lose it as Stephen A. Smith’s daughter embarrasses him on his podcast
Fans already saw a glimpse of how Samantha Smith can have her way when it comes to her father yesterday before Game 6 of the NBA Finals. Now, they saw her roast him in a manner very few have done. Fans loved the camaraderie between father and daughter, but at the same time, could not hold it in.

They have seen others making the ESPN analyst look like a fool at times, but this was personal, and fans loved every bit of their conversation. They asked Smith to create episodes featuring his daughter. Check out examples of those reactions below.

Stephen A. Smith has experimented with bringing his nephew on his podcast. Those episodes were successful, as fans loved the banter between them. They also loved it because the 57-year-old could not answer back as he would to others. It is possible that Smith could look at the possibility of featuring Samantha Smith on his podcast.
Stephen A. Smith expects Game 7 of NBA Finals to be an all-timer
Stephen A. Smith is as busy as he can get. After watching the Indiana Pacers obliterate the Oklahoma City Thunder, he flew from Indianapolis to New York to be a part of First Take’s Fanatics Fest. While on that special episode, they were discussing the upcoming Game 7 of the NBA Finals.
I think Game 7 is going to be a thriller. I don’t think it’s going to be a blowout. I think it’s going to be tight.
Stephen A. Smith said
The analyst acknowledged that he had picked OKC to possibly sweep the Pacers in 4, or a maximum of 5 games. What he did not expect was how they folded in Games 1, 3, and 6. What he has seen in these NBA Finals makes him believe that Game 7 will be a tightly fought contest.

He believes both teams will be inching to spark a run, but that will end up leading to tight battles, at least for much of the first three quarters. Smith, however, does not know which team will come out on top, especially after watching them both go back and forth over six games.
