Curry and Thompson, popularly called the ‘Splash Brothers’, played together for 13 seasons with the Warriors and earned the reputation as one of the most iconic backcourt duos in NBA history. Together, they won four NBA championships and created unforgettable moments for Warriors fans.

Thompson’s departure to Dallas was a significant shift, especially given his desire to prove himself after a tough final season with the Warriors. Adding to the excitement, Tuesday’s matchup will also launch the two teams’ journeys in the NBA’s In-Season Tournament, with the coveted NBA Cup on the line.

Klay Thompson opens up about his return to Chase Center

In an exciting game of basketball, the Dallas Mavericks narrowly lost to the Denver Nuggets 122-120 on Sunday, which brought their record to 5-5 in their first ten games. The team now looks ahead to Tuesday evening, when they face the Golden State Warriors at Chase Center.

This game has extra significance, as it will see Klay Thompson face Golden State, a team he spent 13 seasons with. The 34-year-old, however, said that he will be viewing it as just another game in the season.

It’ll be good to see people that you grinded with obviously, but to me, it’s just another regular season game in November.
