Manchester City youngster Phil Foden is really coming to the forefront this season and looks like the complete player for Pep Guardiola. He has matured very well and now takes much better decisions on the pitch.

The Blue half of Manchester defeated Liverpool at Anfield by a mammoth 4 goals to one with Phil Foden scoring one and assisting two others.

And then coach Steve Cooper is now managing Swansea City and will be reunited with Phil Foden. Steve Cooper says he always knew Phil Foden will make it big given his talent.

It’s always a good thing having ability and potential, but it’s another thing turning it into action, and he’s doing that at the moment,” Cooper said.

When you see talents like this at a young age, you work with them, and you hope that they can progress and get opportunities, and then take those opportunities and flourish.

It seems to me that from the outset, he’s been doing that. He’s obviously played in big games and that’s amazing to see.
