Phil Foden is a professional football player from England who plays for the Premier League club Manchester City. Born on 28 May 2000 in Stockport, Greater Manchester, Foden has been a supporter of Manchester City since childhood and signed his Academy scholarship with the club in July 2016. He acquired the center stage after becoming the club’s youngest-ever goalscorer in the UEFA Champions League in 2019.

Phil Foden made his senior debut on 21 November 2017 in a Champions League game against Feyenoord and became the fourth-youngest English player to make an appearance in the competition (17 years 177 days). He has been a regular member of the squad since then and helped the Cityzens reach the Champions League final in 2021. He made his international debut against Iceland on 5 September 2020 in the UEFA Nations League tournament.
