On the upcoming episode of WWE Raw, the WWE Universe will see a Triple threat match. The winner of this match earns the opportunity to face Drew McIntyre at TLC for the WWE Championship. This will be the WWE Sudden Death stipulation.

Keith Lee, AJ Styles and Riddle will be facing each other in this triple threat match. The stipulation at TLC, against Drew McIntyre is yet to be announced.

WWE’s official Twitter handle announced that the Triple Threat match will have the stipulation of Sudden Death.

According to Wikipedia, the WWE sudden death stipulation means that the match ends as soon as one of the player is ahead of the others. It is still unclear that how this makes the match different from the normal triple threat matches. But it might be interesting to see a new stipulation and its impact on the result of the match.

On the previous episode of Raw, WWE official Adam Peace wanted to reward Team Raw for their clean sweep win on Survivor Series. All the members of the team, except Braun Strowman, got rewarded with qualifying matches.

Riddle defeated Sheamus. Keith Lee defeated the US Champion Bobby Lashley. AJ Styles defeated Randy Orton, with some distraction caused by The Fiend Bray Wyatt. The winner of the Triple threat match faces WWE Champion Drew McIntyre in WWE’s final PPV of 2020.

TLC airs live on 20th December 2020.
