Former teammate Udonis Haslem once claimed LeBron James is the ‘best athlete’ he has ever seen

LeBron James, the star player for the Los Angeles Lakers, has a distinguished career in the NBA and is undoubtedly one of the best athletes. James has a reputation for being athletic and fiercely competitive from his time in the NBA. Notably, Udonis Haslem, a former teammate, had similar sentiments when he stated that James is the best athlete he has ever seen on the First Take show.

There’s nothing I never seen ‘Bron not be able to do. He can throw a football 70 yards. He can run fast as lightning. He’s a one-leg jumper, he can probably do the long jump or the triple jump...There’s nothing I didn’t see LeBron couldn’t do. He could play baseball if he wants. He’s the best athlete I’ve seen with my own eyes.

It is clear from Haslem’s words for James that he is considered one of the NBA’s finest players. James appears to be moving more quickly on the basketball court at 39 years old than guys in their 20s. The thing that sets him apart from the other players in the league is his incredible work ethic. James’ performance in the forthcoming 2024–25 NBA season will be one to keep an eye for.
