The general gender inequality in motorsport history is a long-standing debate where the Masculine nature of the industry holds prejudices against women drivers. Major racing championships like Formula 1 who had only 5 drivers in their history to enter a Grand Prix and NASCAR have only few women drivers who are actively racing.

Renee Gracie the 26 years old Australian adult film actress and former racing driver who drove in championships like Super2 Series and Supercars Dunlop Series in Australia before she quit to pursue her career as an adult film superstar following Mental Health and other reasons.

Renee Gracie said she started racing since the age of 13 before quitting it when she was 23. She pointed out the toxicity and different treatment she gets for being a women racer and how it affected her mental wellbeing causing the exit.

“When I was racing I obviously started quite young and spent a lot of time um i guess from when I was 13 right up until 23-ish trying to make something out of myself with motorsport in Australia,” Renee Gracie said.

“I left for many reasons it was a toxic environment difficult for a female obviously i got treated differently to everybody else it was just an extremely taxic environment and industry to be in unfortunately just for my mental health and just to be in all the time and to know that it was always going to be difficult I just got over it,” explained Renee Gracie

Renee Gracie said her fan base grow after she left racing and she came to know about “Only fans” from there everything happened fast, and she said people around he is happy about her even though they wanted her to make it in Motorsports. Renee Gracie went on to say that she will love to be back on track but without the background politics.

“I was lucky enough when I left racing my fan base actually grew, I had more people following me I wasn’t controlled by managers and sponsors and stuff so people I think people really fell in love with knowing me more personally compared to when i was working so my fan base grew to my surprise “says Renee Gracie

“I was racing and showing sexy sides with me and people loved it and everyone was telling me that i should join only fans and i should sell photos of myself…I did a little bit of research and my goal was never to obviously do what I’m doing now which is everything it was just hey if I can get people to pay to see bikini photos or lingerie photos I’m down I’m all for it um and yeah I started my only fans and it just blew up and it went crazy and it developed into what it’s into now a very successful page,” Renee Gracie said.  

“Everyone who knew me and knew how hard i worked and how hard I really wanted to  be something in racing in Australia…I think they’re just happy for me now i think they see that i am successful and I’m killing it and I’m doing something that I love and they all just say nothing but good things…but it just happened to be that motorsport wasn’t it,” Renee Gracie said.

“Yeah, so for me racing is the part of motorsport that i loved is racing and bettering myself so it’s quite it’s a very physical sport … you can’t make mistakes otherwise you crash, when I was a female, and it was so much more than that it was how I looked and making sure I didn’t gain weight and it was just so much stuff other than racing,” says Renee Gracie.

“That’s why I lost my passion for it so I do miss that side of things and I honestly would do it again but just without any of the political stuff if I could just do it for fun and enjoy it like how I loved it in the beginning i would do it again yeah,” Renee Gracie explained.
