Michael Phelps has often been compared to many of his contemporaries in the past, due to his rigorous schedule and great career path. A comparison between Elon Musk and him is based on the very idea of both of them putting in dedication and relentless efforts into their careers. The billionaire is often in news for his harsh routine. Michael also made it to the headlines for training five days straight under Bob Bowman who has had an essential role to play in Phelps’ achievements.

Elon Musk once revealed in an interview in 2016 that he camped in a sleeping bag at the Tesla conference room due to his hectic schedule. Phelps also put to mention that he slept in a chamber filled with air that mimics sleeping at an altitude of between 8,500 and 9,000 feet. This would help his body to produce an increased amount of red blood cells.

Even though the reasons are poles apart, we couldn’t help but connect the two bizarre dots in Olympic Gold Medalist Michael Phelps and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk. Both the international figures have the busiest lives and we still hope they remain both healthy and enthusiastic as much as they already are!
