Lindsey Vonn is a former American World Cup alpine ski racer, widely regarded as one of the greatest skiers of all time. She was born in Minnesota in 1984 and began skiing at the age of two. Vonn had an impressive career that spanned over a decade, with numerous accolades and accomplishments.
Lindsey Vonn’s achievements
Vonn first gained international attention when she won the silver medal in the downhill event at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. She followed up this success by winning the gold medal in the downhill event at the 2010 World Championships in Val d’Isère, France. Vonn’s success continued, and she went on to win 82 World Cup races, making her the all-time leader in women’s alpine skiing.
Throughout her career, Vonn was known for her aggressive and fearless skiing style, which allowed her to dominate the slopes. Despite several injuries and setbacks, including a severe knee injury in 2013, Vonn continued to push herself and compete at the highest level. She announced her retirement from competitive skiing in 2019, citing the toll the sport had taken on her body.

Lindsey Vonn’s high-profile relationships
Lindsey Vonn (nee Klidow) first married fellow Olympian and US ski team athlete Thomas Vonn in 2007. After four years of marriage, the couple announced their separation in 2011. Their divorce was finalized in 2013.
Following this, Lindsey Vonn started dating Tiger Woods in 2013. However, owing to differences and hectic schedules, the couple broke up after three years in 2015.
Vonn also briefly dated NFL assistant coach Kenan Smith in 2016 before splitting in 2017.
In June 2018, Vonn started dating NHL defenseman P.K. Subban. The couple also had their engagement announced in 2019. Unfortunately, they called off their engagement and announced their breakup in December 2020.
Lindsey Vonn is currently dating actor and founder of the Tequila company Lobos 1707, Diego Osoros. The two have often been spotted together in events like the US Open. The couple was also spotted at a Super Bowl after-party in February 2022.
