Sergei Pavlovich is the new knockout artist in the heavyweight division.  Pavlovich was born on 13th May 1992 in the village of Orlovsky, Rostov, Oblast. Pavlovich began training in Greco-Roman wrestling at the age of 5. He trained in wrestling till 11th grade and later started training in Sambo.

Before fighting in the UFC, Pavlovich was under Fight Nights Global promotion where he was undefeated for 12 fights. Pavlovich later made his UFC debut in 2018 against Alistair Overeem. While Pavlovich lost his debut fight via TKO he later went on a six-fight winning streak. Out of his 7 fights in the UFC Pavlovich only suffered a defeat against Overeem and knocked out all his other opponents in the first round itself. With his immense power and striking skills, Sergei has set the record for the longest first-round knockout win streak in UFC history. Along with this Pavlovich has also won 4 performance of the night bonuses out of his 7 fights.

With Francis Ngannou out of UFC Sergei Pavlovich has taken the mantle of the hardest hitter in UFC. While Sergei can certainly decimate his opponents he has a great chin and can take damage as well.
