The Kansas City Chiefs begin their adventure for the three-peat today against the Baltimore Ravens, and who better to cheer them on than Taylor Swift? A couple of hours before the kickoff, the pop icon and the girlfriend of Chiefs tight end, Travis Kelce, landed in Kansas City.

Later, Swift made her way through the corridors of the Arrowhead Stadium leading toward the VIP suite. The 34-year-old pop icon dazzled in all jeans attire.

Swift wore a sleeveless crop top, paired with jeans, shorts, and high red Cowboy boots, and also carried a Brandon Blackwood purse. A gold pendant hung from her neck, and she kept her golden lock untied.

Taylor Swift’s presence during the NFL Week 1 game between the Chiefs and the Ravens was foreshadowed by the New York Post on Wednesday. A day later, she flew down to Kansas City, riding her private jet.

Additional video footage revealed the stadium staff escorting Swift from the back entrance to inside the venue by using a golf cart.

Taylor Swift returns to Arrowhead for the first time since the wild-card round

Whether football fans agree with Taylor Swift’s presence at games or not, she’s here to stay because she loves Travis Kelce and has grown to love the Chiefs as well. This became increasingly evident when quarterback Patrick Mahomes revealed the ‘Cruel Summer’ singer drew up plays for him to use during gameday.

Kelce backed Mahomes but added that the plays she concocted were specifically for him. Will fans get to see some of her ideas on the field? Only Andy Reid knows about that. Yet, it’s not like Kelce has waited for Big Red’s confirmation to try something out previously.

Regardless, Swift’s love for the game came into the foray after she began dating Kelce in July 2023. She attended her first Chiefs game when they played the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead in September.

From then on, the ‘You Belong with Me’ composer frequented football games. She even traveled to other stadiums and cheered for Kelce.

Swift became so invested in the game that she went back and forth from Tokyo to attend the Super Bowl in Las Vegas in February. However, today’s appearance at GEHA Field was her first since the wild-card round when the Chiefs defeated the Miami Dolphins.

She was there when the Chiefs lifted back-to-back Lombardi’s. Maybe hard work mixed with lady luck is what the Chiefs require to secure a three-peat.
