Carlos Alcaraz makes yet another appearance on Clay as he enters the Croatian Open as the 7th seed. The Spanish teenager has been a big revelation of the season as he continues rising in ranks being one of the youngest inside the Top-100 of the ATP singles.

Carlos comes into the tournament from a 2nd round defeat at the Wimbledon 2021 to World No. 2 Daniil Medvedev in straight-sets in what was a spirited performance from the 18-year old at the All-England Club. Prior to the Wimbledon, he also made it to the 3rd round of the French Open 2021 from the qualifying stages.
