Both groups will undoubtedly give rise to a few unforgettable matches. With both groups equally balanced, it will definitely be a battle of the best at Turin. While the Red Group is tightly packed with Alcaraz, Medvedev, and Zverev, the Green Group will prove to be a little less harsh.

While most players are experienced at the end of the season, there are a few new faces on the court as well.

Novak Djokovic, Daniil Medvedev, Stefanos Tsitsipas, and Alexander Zverev have all won the event at least once. Novak Djokovic holds a joint record with Roger Federer for the most number of titles at the event, with a total of six in his career. However, he will try to break this record this year.

Alexander Zverev holds two titles at the season-ender, one in 2018 and the other in 2021. Daniil Medvedev and Stefanos Tsitsipas hold one title each in 2020 and 2019, respectively. It is safe to say that there is going to be a well-experienced crowd this year.

Moreover, Carlos Alcaraz and Holger Rune will appear at the tournament for the first time. While Jannik Sinner has already played in the 2021 version of the tournament, this will be the first time he qualifies for the event.

He was replacing Matteo Berretini in 2021 when the Italian had withdrawn due to injury. While this is not his first stint, Andrey Rublev has yet to win a title here. While this will be his fourth appearance, the Russian has yet to mark his presence here. His best finish was in 2022, where he made it to the semi-final.

Semifinals

With a look into the draw, it seems likely that the first semi-final will be between Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner. This match will be a tough one, especially with Alcaraz still not completely recovered from his injury and Sinner in his best form. However, it will probably be the Spaniard who wins the match in three tough sets.

The second semi-final will probably see Novak Djokovic and Daniil Medvedev battle it out. This encounter will be a rematch of the US Open 2023, where it was the Serb who won the match and the title.

However, Medvedev is no stranger to defeating the 24-time Grand Slam title champion. He claimed his first and only Grand Slam at the US Open in 2021 by defeating the 36-year-old. However, considering their previous records and the level of tennis Djokovic is playing, it will probably be the Serb who comes out successful.

Final

Based on the semifinal predictions, Novak Djokovic will likely face Carlos Alcaraz in the finals. The duo have been constantly balancing the scales. They have faced each other four times before this, with either player winning two encounters each.

It will definitely be a tough match for both parties. However, considering Alcaraz’s current physical conditions, it is not a stretch to say that it will probably be the Serb who wins the match and a record seventh ATP Finals title.
