Matteo Berrettini enters the 4th round of the Wimbledon for the 2nd time after reaching the last-16 stage back in 2019 as well before being defeated by eventual runner-up Roger Federer. The 25-year old Italian is playing in just his 3rd Wimbledon after making his debut back in 2018 when he reached the 2nd round.

Berrettini defeated Aljaz Bedene 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 in 1 hour and 42 minutes as he won his 8th consecutive set this week at the All-England Club. Berettini won his 1st round match in 4-sets dropping the 2nd set. He won his 2nd round in straight-sets and now extends his Wimbledon record to 7-2.

Ilya Ivashka continues his dream main-draw debut at the Wimbledon reaching the 4th round in the process. He was defeated in the 1st qualifying round from 2016 to 2018. He entered the main draw of the Grand Slam for the first time this year by the virtue of his rank and now finds himself in the 4th round.

Ivashka, similar to Berrettini, won 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 against Jordan Thompson in 3rd round in 2 hours and 2 minutes to advance into the 4th round. His 2nd round 4-set win was the only time he dropped a set, winning the 1st and 3rd round in straight-sets.
