However, in recent times, both Serena and Venus haven’t enjoyed a lot of success on the court. Serena has been plagued by injuries due to which she was unable to deliver her best on the court this time around. A terrible hamstring injury made it impossible for Serena to maintain her form, whereas Venus also took some time off the court due to a leg injury.
While the champion duo of Venus and Serena haven’t been very active on the court, one should admire the kind of journey the two have had. Portraying the journey of these two and the role of their father in their lives, a film by the name “King Richard’ is set to release in November.
Coming from an unlikely background, Serena and Venus achieved what many can’t even imagine. Their father Richard Williams not only showed them the right path as a father but also coached the duo with all his might. In the movie, Beyonce has sung a beautiful song named ‘Be Alive’ and it is already creating some buzz online.
Without a doubt, the song and the movie are going to become fan favorites in the near future as the journey of the two stars has been so inspirational that one has to admire them for what they have done for millions across the globe. Moreover, fans are now even more eager to see the Williams sisters return on the court.
