Casper Ruud congratulated Birk Ruud for his magnificent performance at the Winter Olympics 2022 in Beijing. Birk clinched the Gold at the men’s freestyle-skiing big-air event.
Casper who is currently the world No.8 and playing at the Argentina Open went onto his Instagram and congratulated Birk on his great achievement at the Winter Olympics.
Casper has been one of the top tennis players in the past few years and played some really great tennis to solidify his place in the top-10 ATP rankings in 2022.
Casper Ruud congratulates ‘Lil Brother’
Casper Ruud is currently playing at the Argentina Open where he is the top-seeded player. After receiving a bye in the first round, the Norwegian faced the Spaniard Roberto Carballes Baena and defeated him in straight sets.
World No.8 took a moment out to congratulate his Young brother Birk Ruud for winning a gold medal at the Winter Olympics 2022 in Beijing. Casper posted an Instagram story with a picture of Birk receiving the Medal and wrote “Congrats lil bro @birk_ruud”.
Birk won the men’s freestyle-skiing big-air event. He was followed by United States’ Colby Stevenson and Sweden’s Henrik Harlaut clinched silver and bronze respectively.
Even though Casper and Birk have the same surname and come from the same country, they aren’t biologically related to each other.
