‘A legendary run preserved’: Emma Raducanu donates her US Open outfit to the ITHF collection

Emma Raducanu is a name to reckon with in the world of tennis. The young achiever took the world by storm after she won the US Open 2021 title. The 18-year-old broke several records on her way through. Such was her domination in the tournament that she did not drop a single set in the entire competition.
In addition to that, what really surprised several tennis experts and fans is the fact that Raducanu, who came into the main draw after battling her way through the qualifying stage, ended up cornering everyone who came in her way without any trouble at all.

As soon as the young Brit defeated Leylah Fernandez in the finals of the tournament, several brands came rushing in with an aim to rope the young superstar in as their brand ambassador. Needless to say, after the gigantic win, Raducanu has become the next big thing in tennis.
Recently, Raducanu again came into the limelight after she decided to donate her US Open winning outfit to the International Tennis Hall of Fame collection. The ITHF took to Twitter to thank the champion athlete for her wonderful gesture.
ITHF thanked the athlete on Twitter and wrote, “the first-ever qualifier to win a major title has a place in the home of tennis history. Thank you, Emma Raducanu for donating your memorable US Open outfit to the ITHF collection.” Raducanu’s journey thus far has been incredible and it is definitely going to inspire the generations to come.
