During the third-round match at the Miami Open, 16-year old Linda Fruhvirtova completely dominated multiple grand slam champion Victoria Azarenka to storm into the Round of 16. Fruhvirtova won the match after Azarenka handed an untimely walk over and decided to storm off the court after badly losing in the match. The Czech won in straight sets 6-2,3-0.

Azarenka was subjected to a lot of criticism after her act and was even termed as a ‘sore loser’ as she withdrew despite having any physical injuries. As for Fruhvirtova, she is having a dream tournament. He is currently ranked No.279 in the world and was used to competing in ITF events.

Interestingly, Victoria Azarenka, who got outplayed by Linda Fruhvirtova, played her first WTA qualies in 2005 just one week after Linda was born, and she did in Prague, Linda’s hometown.
