In recent years, mental health stability is becoming more and more critical. With the pandemic going up and down, people are getting insecure and anxious. This, in turn, affects their day to life.

To contribute to helping the society, on January 3, The Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, will be joining BetterUp‘s CEO, Alexi Robichaux, and the 23-time grand slam champion, Serena Williams, in a discussion combined seminar on “cultivating the power of mental fitness through a bold commitment to Inner Work.”

Serena has been off the field since her injury. However, that didn’t stop her from going to fashion shoots, bettering her connections, and spending time with her family. She is also known to be close and in touch with Meghan Markle for quite some time. Thanks to the two ladies, Meghan’s counterpart Harry has also gotten close to Serena and her husband, Alexis Ohanian.

The trio will discuss “cultivating the power of mental fitness through a bold commitment to Inner Work” as part of the California-based company’s virtual Inner Work Day.

The agenda adds: “From creating companies and foundations designed to inspire others to achieve their best to tackling challenges and finding success both in and outside of work, Serena, Prince Harry, and Alexi share their personal stories and unique perspectives.”

The three are planning to discuss life experience and mental health. Since both Serena and Harry are public personalities, they have faced a lot of criticisms and downfalls over their careers. For instance, Serena once revealed that her mental stability was destroyed because of what happened in the 2018 US Open, and she had to deal with depression because of that. She went for multiple therapy sessions to get back on her feet. Harry also had to go through a lot because of his background.

The news of this event came on British social media “set to give a lecture on the importance of taking a break. Discuss burn-out during a seminar to CEOs.”

Many comments show that people are very enthusiastic about the seminar and are greatly looking forward to it. “I’m so looking forward to this! I just registered! it should be good.”
