Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, Roger Federer, and Rafael Nadal are the names on the lineup for team Europe at this year’s Laver Cup. Fans couldn’t believe this lineup when they first saw it as it is a dream come true for many to see the big three and Andy Murray compete side-by-side.
Led by Swedish tennis legend captain Björn Borg, the 11-time Grand Slam winner will be leading team Europe once again against John McEnroe’s Team World. Team Europe has been reigning supreme ever since the start of the Laver Cup in 2017 and this sensational lineup of Team Europe makes it seem like they will be the better side once again.

Australian tennis legend Rod Laver took to Twitter to express his contentment with team Europe’s lineup at this year’s Laver Cup, the latest addition of Novak Djokovic to the lineup full of stars completes the trio of the big three along with Andy Murray. The Serbian recently won the 21st Grand Slam title of his career at the 2022 Wimbledon after beating Nick Kyrgios in the finals.
The three day tournament will commence on the 23rd of September and end on the 25th of September, this will be Djokovic’s first Laver Cup apperance since 2018 and he will be looking to make the most of it, on his inclusion in the team, Djokovic said, “It’s the only competition where you can play in a team environment with guys that you’re normally competing against and to be joining Rafa, Roger and Andy — three of my biggest all-time rivals — it’s going to be a truly unique moment in the history of our sport.”
Team World, led by John McEnroe currently has American Taylor Fritz, Canada’s Felix Auger-Aliassime, and Argentina’s Diego Schwartzman. The two teams will be facing each other at the 02 arena in London in September.
