Alexander Bublik recently thrilled the Adelaide Stadium after executing his trademark racket butt shot against Britain’s Jack Draper during his performance in the ATP 250 event.

The Kazakhstani was caught on camera during the hilarious incident after launching his season’s first-ever campaign at the Adelaide event, which hosted the likes of Sebastian Korda, Jack Draper, and Jordan Thompson.

Despite asserting his on-court dominance during his hardcourt campaign, the Kazakhstani suffered a straight loss with a concluding scoreline of 7-6(2), 6-4.

However, during the second set of his encounter against the Briton, Bublik amused the jam-packed stadium after returning the latter’s drop-shot with his racket’s bu*thead, a notable shot that is now being deemed his signature shot.

Bublik’s season has started strong in comparison to his performance in the 2023 season. Last year, the Kazakhstani lost all four of his appearances before the 2023 Australian Open, which included his fallout at the United Cup and the ASB Classic.

I wouldn’t want my child to become a ‘headliner.’ Or so that photographs of the child can be found in every public page in the world. I believe that personal life should be personal, at least for me.
