Recently, Carlos Alcaraz discussed his future goals and objectives. He wishes to collect all the trophies and participate in all the Grand Slams with full determination.

The former World No. 1 has had a great season. He won the prestigious Wimbledon title against the Serbian legend Novak Djokovic. He also reached the semi-finals of the French Open and the US Open.

The Spaniard said that he has already listed down his aims for 2024. He said that next year he plans to take part in all the Grand Slam championships. Alcaraz couldn’t participate in the Australian Open this year since he was suffering from a hamstring injury in his right leg at the time. He would like to be in the same formidable form he is in right now and continue to do his best. The World No.2 said he is happy with his results in 2023 so far.

He said, “Next year I will try to play the four Grand Slams, I hope not to miss any of them. I will try to do the same things I am doing this year, I could be more than happy if at this point I won the same tournaments that I have won this season, I am happy with my results in 2023 so far,” while speaking to the media in Beijing.

Carlos Alcaraz talks about his season so far

The Spanish star is happy with the outcome of this season so far. He feels he has achieved a lot and rightly so. He became the World No. 1 again in early March after winning the Indian Wells and Miami Open also known as the Sunshine Doubles. Alcaraz also defended his Barcelona Open title by defeating Stefanos Tsitsipas.

The World No. 2 said he is happy with the level of pay he has right now and is satisfied with all the championships he has won. He then proceeded to say that he would like to end the year on a strong note by playing as well as he did in the beginning.

The Spaniard said “That is my goal for the next season, it is obvious. Right now I am happy with the level at which I am playing, with the results obtained so far. The year is not over, there are still a few tournaments ahead, so I hope to finish it as well as it started.”
