Coco Gauff launches her signature shoes

The 18 years old has launched a new pair of shoes in partnership with the American shoe manufacturing brand, New Balance. Coco launched her series of signature shoes named βthe NB Coco CG1′ which she sported while playing the exhibition match. With this partnership, Coco became the only tennis player after Roger Federer to have a signature tennis shoe.
“It’s an absolute dream come true to be able to put my stamp on this sport with New Balance and hopefully inspire generations to come. I am really excited to see how people wear this shoe, on and off the court,” this year’s French Open runner-up said. Admittedly, I’ve been using it more often than ever before, so just a few attempts. I didn’t want to overthink it and then it was up to the New Balance designers to incorporate it the right way and I love how it turned out. I hope other people do as well,” said Gauff.
Coco after launching the shoe described it as a dream come true. The shoes have a similar design as the other retros from New Balance but it has some great features and enhancement which makes them different, like increased ankle support, extra midfoot support, fit weave textile, and other features.
