World No. 1 and the prime contender for the upcoming US Open, Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz has been hugely involved in the pre tournaments events in the United States at the moment. He was yet again called up for another funny and exciting game where the players had to kick a big tennis-lookalike ball from one need of the tennis court into a small goal placed on the other end of the court.
With the tennis net placed in the middle of the court, it was not as easy as Carlos made it look when he slotted the ball into the back of the net. Carlos was like, “Alright, I go?” and then took a short run and curled the ball like a professional soccer player. The moderators hyped up while he was on his way to his run-up saying. “Wide open, Carlos.”
Everyone was as pumped up to see him do that as much as they were left stranded by the skillset of the youngster. Iga Swiatek enjoyed the kick from behind Alcaraz and patted him after he scored the goal. The netizens on the Internet went mad after seeing this, with the video going viral in just a few seconds. One of the fans even compared him with the great Cristiano Ronaldo, saying, “Not Carlos Alcaraz being a better free kick taker than Cristiano Ronaldo.”
