Tennis fans recently got bemused after they saw Russian pro Daniil Medvedev at a party. Sports racer Max Verstappen’s girlfriend Kelly Piquet’s daughter’s birthday party was the big talk of the town in the racing world recently. To have a tennis player there wasn’t really something that the fans were expecting and thus had to wear their thinking hats.

However, the mystery is solved. Medvedev’s appearance in the photos from the party isn’t anything meaningless. The Russian tennis pro shares a great friendship with fellow Russian sports star Daniil Kvyat who is also a racer like Verstappen. Kelly Piquet who is Verstappen’s current girlfriend is also the ex-girlfriend of Daniil Kvyat.
