Darren Cahill criticizes Paris Masters’ scheduling for forcing Jannik Sinner to play in the day session despite him finishing his last match past 2:30 a.m. last night

In the ongoing Paris Masters, a huge controversy has started over the unfairness of scheduling decisions. Italian tennis sensation Jannik Sinner has been a victim of this ridiculous scheduling, and many players are backing up their fellow players.
After a late-night match against Mackenzie McDonald, Jannik Sinner was scheduled to play his next game against Australian Alex De Minaur. The match started around midnight, and by the time the third set finished, it was almost 3 a.m. However, that meant the Italian had only 5 hours to rest and recover before his next match.
2:45 a.m. Happy for the Jannik win, but zero care for the players welfare with the Paris schedule.

After a perfect finish at the Swiss Open, Sinner started his Paris league with a huge win against McDonald. After losing the first set, the Italian made a phenomenal comeback to win the game.
The final score was 6(6)-7, 7-5, 6-1, with Sinner qualifying for the next match. Fans were glued to their seats as both players rallied back and forth for each point. However, Sinner played a few blinders and won the match easily in the last set.
Jannik Sinner withdraws from the Paris Masters due to scheduling
After a big win at the Paris Masters, Jannik Sinner was set to face the Australian Alex De Minaur after 15 hours, but in a sudden announcement, he withdrew from the tournament, giving a walkthrough to the Australian. Fans are extremely shocked by the sudden decision from the youngster.
Ahead of this, Casper Rudd had slammed ATP for their ill treatment of plays and even poor scheduling in the case of Sinner.
He calls the ATP a joke for this disrespectful behavior without considering the player’s health. Many players have been complaining about the late timing of the ATP. Previously, in other tournaments, Novak Djokovic has always gotten night matches, and sometimes in high-intensity matches, the Serb has also complained.
For business purposes and viewership rates, the matches are being played in unfavorable times, which are tough for the players to adjust to. ATP has received many complaints but hasn’t responded about this matter.
