In an interview with Eurosports, Raducanu said that she has been doing the right thing and needs to work consistently to be at the top of her game.

I've been doing the right work, doing it consistently. I just need to keep going more and more.

Despite an early exit at the ASB Classic, young British prodigy Emma Raducanu is set to make a comeback at the Australian Open.

She suffered from both wrist injury and ankle injuries that kept her off the charts in 2023. However, she made a comeback in 2024 to win her first match of the year at Auckland.

Hoping to be more consistent in the coming time, the Brit ventures into the court of the Australian Open with nothing to lose and hoping for a decent run.

Admitting to feeling physically good, the Brit also reminded us that consistency matters and she will need more time to get used to that.

I did a lot of good work in the off-season. But regardless of how good I may feel on the court on a particular day or in practice, getting that level of consistency is going to require more time.
Said Raducanu to Eurosports.

Furthermore, Raducanu revealed a few more problems she faced during the injury including not being able to text and using a scooter to move around.

Despite the circumstances, she managed to make a speedy recovery and hopes to recover her lost rank with more time spent on the court.
