Rafael Nadal is all set to return to professional tennis after a long break due to injury. The Spaniard after missing the entire 2023 season due to injury will finally return to the court in the Brisbane International. The Brisbane International will be a perfect warm-up for Rafa before the mega event of the Australian Open commences. Rafa received an exemplary welcome on his arrival down under in Australia.

Rafa hasn’t been in Brisbane since 2017. Thus, the fans have left no opportunities to shower their love for this living legend. The organizers were struggling to push back the crowd as there were so many of them. The temperature and decibel level were unimaginable in the town. Though the Spaniard is coming back after a year, he is looking quite fit and agile as we saw from his practice sessions in Dubai.

Amidst these loud cheers and praises of love, some cheers were also being heard of the veteran Serb, Novak Djokovic. The rivalry between the two is never ending anyway. Though, both the players show the same level of respect and admiration for each other, their fan bases leave no chance to show the other group who is walking the talk.

After facing a second-round defeat to Mackenzie Mcdonald in the Australian Open last year, Nadal is back on the court in the same nation he left. He received a very warm welcome from his fans but there were also some salty cheers for him coming from some of Nole’s fans.
