“It’s a bit too much!” Borna Coric blasts Jenson Brooksby for being too vocal after every point after bowing out of the US Open

Borna Coric, the 25-year-old Croatian is among the many rising stars in the ATP currently, ranked world number 29, Coric has seen quite some rise in his playing ability and in his ranks this season. Coric is also one of the players who had the ability to pull off major upsets and shock the world.
Borna Coric recently won the Cincinnati Masters event, it was no easy road for him as he made his way to the title. Coric played against one of the greatest players of all time Rafael Nadal in the first round, he played Cameron Norrie in the semi-finals and he capped it off and won the title after defeating Stefanos Tsitsipas in the finals of the tournament.
Borna Coric gets annoyed by Jenson Brooksby’s constant calls

Competing in the US Open, Borna Coric faced Enzo Couacaud in the first round of the tournament, Coric won the match in a thrilling encounter that lasted for over five sets. In the second round of the tournament, Borna Coric faced American professional Jenson Brooksby where he lost the match in straight sets by 6-4, 7-6(10), 6-1.
The highlight of the match, however, was Borna Coric getting mad at Brooksby for calling out every point that the American won. Coric slammed his racquet twice throughout the match, Coric complained to the umpire midway through the match that Brooksby was being very vocal after winning points which distracted Coric.
Brooksby pulled off this upset and made his way into the third round of the US Open where he will be facing a very tough fixture as he goes up against Spanish sensation, Carlos Alcaraz who is expected to do big things both in his career and at this tournament at the Flushing Meadows.
Brooksby will be looking to go into the fixture full of confidence as he has already pulled an upset off after beating Coric, he will be aiming a repeat of the previous round as he goes up against Alcaraz.
