Martina Navratilova leaves no chance to shame Donald Trump and anyone who is associated with the former American president. While she has taken aim at Ron DeSantis, Trump’s former election lawyer as well as Justice Clarence Thomas most recently, Navratilova took a jibe at Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba.
The former tennis ace called Habba delusional for her claims about not just representing Trump but the whole of America. Navratilova also slammed Alina for her egoistic nature as the former World No.1 claimed that her ego has no bounds.
Martina Navratilova’s post came when a user shared a video clip of Alina Habba talking about being a representative of America. In the video, Habba is hard saying that she has reiterated this fact time and again that although she is Donald Trump’s lawyer, she represents the United States. This statement from Habba led to criticism from netizens who bashed the 39-year-old.
Navratilova also rode on the wave and slammed Habba for her ego. She then called her delusional.
Alina’s ego knows no bounds. Also slightly delusional. Just slightly…Martina Navratilova posted on X.
The Alina Habba way of grabbing attention
Alina Habba is an interesting personality and she has proved it over time and again. While she claims to be the representative of America, Habba also brags about being sanctioned nearly $1 million over a “frivolous” lawsuit. The 39-year-old recently talked about a lawsuit she filed on behalf of Donald Trump against Hillary Clinton.
While delivering a speech at the four-day America Fest in Phoenix, Arizona, on Sunday, Habba recounted the outcome of the lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and dozens of federal officials that was assigned to U.S. District Court Judge Donald Middlebrooks, a Clinton-appointee, and dismissed in January of this year.
What do you think happened? Nobody's heard of the case, right? It's 'cause it's gone. I never met the judge. I never walked into the courtroom. It got dismissed, and me and President Trump got sanctioned a million dollars for going against crooked Hillary.Alina Habba claimed. (H/T: Yahoo News)
Quite obviously this antic attracted criticism for Habba. Many pointed out that the claims were not right as the case was followed and reported by the media throughout its duration. A user also emphasized how unethical a lawyer she is, but who minds all this till it makes the headlines?
