Former American tennis ace Martina Navratilova is not the one to mince her words, especially when she is criticizing former American president Donald Trump. Navratilova does not like Trump and his ideology and it is no longer a hidden fact. The tennis legend is completely against bringing Trump back into power.

Time and again she has given the rationale behind her argument. She did it once again on Tuesday after a user on X highlighted the plight of a pregnant woman seeking an abortion. The user claimed that if Donald Trump is re-elected as the President of the United States in the 2024 election, women like Kate (the pregnant woman mentioned above) will be at risk.

Navratilova seemed to agree with this use as she shared her views on the matter. She reshared the user’s post and wrote her remarks in the caption. Navratilova claimed that bringing back Trump will not only put pregnant women at risk but will be a ‘war on all women’.

What are the chances of Donald Trump winning 2024 elections?

Although Martina Navratilova has been highly opposing the re-election of Donald Trump as the President of the United States, the opinion polls tell otherwise. The recent polls indicate that despite not being the best option, Donald Trump and his Republican party is being considered as a better alternative than Joe Biden and his Democrats.

The young generation does not agree with Joe Biden’s claims of having eradicated unemployment and keeping inflation in control. Also, Trump tapping the nerves of the citizens who fear a few things like the flow of migrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border illegally and portraying himself as the savior is working in his favor.

Trump also seems to have the sympathy of voters who have become convinced that Trump is a victim of a political witch hunt.

At least half of Republicans surveyed by Reuters/Ipsos earlier this year said they would have no problem voting for Trump even if he were convicted of a crime.
A Reuters report claims.

Also, Trump’s non-interventionist, “America first” ideology seems to resonate more with voters who fear that the US might get too involved in political conflicts around the world.
