The Internet is abuzz with the upcoming controversy about the US elections. Tennis legend Martina Navratilova fired shots against Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis. She explained her strong disapproval of both. The raging battle between the politicians reached a low point as the Floridian governor’s support was very low. 

The tennis star has always been vocal about her opinions on any matter. “I think Ron is hoping the orange guy will go to prison so he can be the default nominee.”said the athlete in a tweet. The battle for the next president has been on for a long time. Shots have been fired at many politicians. Former president Donald Trump had left Ron speechless as Trump insulted his rival while calling him an “average” politician. He then also branded the Floridian governor as a “political lightweight”. However, Ron won the re-election and is widely expected to run for President in 2024.

Fans had mixed reactions to Martina’s comments. While some hilariously replied to her, others clearly stood up for their respective favorites and spoke up. “Ron is what gives my state of Florida a bad name.”  commented a fan.

Martina frustrated over Elon Musk’s rumors 

In a recent conversation on Twitter, Elon Musk discussed his intentions to impose a fee for all Twitter users. “We’re moving to having a small monthly payment for use of the X system, it’s the only way I can think of to combat vast armies of bots,” Musk told Netanyahu. This undermines the idea of an open platform and changes the use of platforms. “Sounds about right. So much for a public forum where all voices can be heard, right Elon?” replied the tennis player to Elon’s tweets. Martina has always been present to raise her voice against social issues and active problems. Fans love and respect her for this.
