2021 US Open winner Emma Raducanu withdrew from the Miami Open moments before her match, citing a lower back injury. After a tough eight months on the sidelines, the Brit faced another minor setback.
Just as the 21-year-old was building up confidence in her game, she was hit with another body pain, forcing her to withdraw from the Miami Open. However, contrary to many beliefs, legendary tennis player Martina Navratilova believes that this might change her career arc, proving that she can gain confidence at a crucial age.
