Former tennis player Martina Navratilova is known for being very outspoken in all the matters going on in the world. She recently took to Twitter to express her views on the ongoing matter of restriction on voting in Black communities in the United States.
Governor Ron DeSantis and the Republicans have allegedly been trying to restrict voting, particularly Black communities in the United States. Voting rights are a hot issue in the country, as many people are raising their concerns on this matter.
There have been a few actions by DeSantis that recently shocked the world. He has watched over groups of people trying to vote and went to the extent of prosecution when people were confused about their votes.

These actions by the governor led to Martina tweeting against him and standing for the rights of the people. The 67-year-old has always spoken for social injustice. She may not have received much support from other people on the internet, but the former tennis player has never failed to express her views on any heated topics.
Martina Navratilova’s dislike for the Republicans continues
The internet has been blowing up with Martina Navratilova involved in political matters and speaking against politicians in the matter of voting. A while earlier, Donald Trump’s speaker Mike Johnson had been dubbed as Trump’s ‘perfect speaker’. Soon, the most inexperienced speaker became a speaker with a huge increase in votes and many politicians were also unhappy with this sudden change.
She has also hit back at Donald Trump by mocking him for his IQ. Donald Trump had incorrectly identified the Hungarian Prime minister, which led to criticism from the fans, and the tennis player just had to express her views on this matter. She called Trump the ‘orange guy’ who couldn’t identify the difference between Hungary and Turkey.
The problem is the orange guy doesn’t even know he messed up. Probably couldn’t find either country on a map. And he met both Erdogan and Orban and still can’t tell a difference. It’s his brain we need to worry about!!!.Navratilova wrote on X
