Tennis Legend Martina Navratilova often grabs the attention of her fans with her comments on social media. She has once again done something similar, but this time it’s a quirky one. When a fan responded to Navratilova’s comment on women and femininity by saying that American ace Serena Williams is the greatest of all time, Navratilova’s reply surprised everyone.
She just had to write two words, but those two words meant a lot. She replied, “Lol. And?” It clearly suggested that Navratilova didn’t approve of Williams being the ultimate GOAT of tennis. The response almost looked as if it was a sarcastic pushover of the question.
As expected, this hasn’t gone down well with many of her fans, as people feel that Navratilova went a bit too far with her comment.
It has also got fans wondering whether everything is well between the two tennis icons of the United States of America.
Many are also waiting for an explanation from Navratilova on why she doesn’t approve of Williams as the greatest. Furthermore, people also feel that a Williams reply here would add great spice to the entire fiasco.

On the doubles front, Navratilova quite comfortably defeats Williams.
Williams has 21 doubles titles in all, including mixed and women’s doubles. On the other hand, Navratilova has 41 titles in all when it comes to these two categories. Williams has an Olympic gold title in the singles category, whereas Navratilova has none. When it comes to Tour finals, Navratilova has eight of them, and Williams only has five. Both players have reached the top of the rankings. With that being said, it’s an extremely tight contest where both players cancel out each other.
