As the former World No.1, Naomi Osaka is all set to make her comeback in the tennis world. Returning to the sport after her pregnancy, she is currently preparing for her comeback game at Brisbane.

The 4 time Grand Slam recently took to her social media handle to put out a heartwarming message to all mothers all over the globe. The Japanese tennis player stated:

Dear moms, Everybody and every body is different. Don’t compare yourself to anyone, you’re beautiful and you’re loved.

The 2 time Australian Open winner has been missing in action since September 2022, when she played her last match. Thereafter, she announced her pregnancy with her rapper boyfriend, Cordae, and withdrew from the 2023 Australian Open as well. The Japanese had been out of the tennis circuit ever since and she recently announced her comeback to the sport with the Brisbane International.

Upon recently experiencing the perks of being a mother, she empathized with all the mothers around the world. Naomi Osaka has been known to be very emotional and supportive of tennis players and fans and it does not come as a surprise that she decided to pen such a heartfelt message to support the mothers all around the globe.

After playing her last match at the Toray Pan Pacific Open in September 2022, Osaka finally made a much-awaited comeback to the sport with her straight-sets victory over Tamara Korpatsch in the opening rounds of the Brisbane International Open. She is gearing up at this warm-up event to play in the first Grand Slam of the season set to start my mid January.

Apart from making a fierce comeback to the sport, the 2 time US Open champion also expressed her ambition of dethroning the current World No.1 and Polish player, Iga Swiatek, to reclaim her lost position and continue to dominate the Grand Slam season once again. It will be interesting to see how well the Japanese perform after taking a sabbatical for quite an extended period.
