Currently, Jannik Sinner is ranked 12th in the world but has made a debut in the Top 10 of the ATP rankings. Without any surprise, he is being seen as one of the most promising players in the world right now. He won his first ATP Challenger tournament when he was 17 in 2019, despite having not won any match at that level before the start of this tournament.

He reached the 2020 French Open quarterfinals and also won his first ATP title that year.
