Novak Djokovic has been marvelous since winning the Wimbledon title in July this year. He is in splendid form. He has won the Tel Aviv Open and the Astana Open and played the Championship match against Holger Rune in the Paris Masters tournament since.
He is playing his best tennis on the Tour and entertaining his fans very well. He with his skills and on-court abilities has always baffled his opponents. Such gorgeous shots he plays that even his opponents and critics approve and admire.
He is playing in the 2022 ATP Finals in Turin. In his first Group stage match, he played against Stefanos Tsitsipas and defeated him in a tight match 6-4, 7-6 (7-4). During the match, there was a moment of magic in the second set. The American sports broadcaster Tennis TV shared a post on social media describing the beauty and importance of the shot played by the Serb.

After losing the first set, the Greek improved upon his game and took the second set to the tie-breaker. In the tie-breaker, Djokovic was leading 2-1. A long rally was being played between the two players. On the backhand return of Tsitisipas, the 21-time Grand Slam champion played a flat and straight backhand which landed just in line to give the Serb a point.
This point shifted the momentum of the match and increased the confidence of the nine-time Australian Open champion. He then improved upon his lead and won the tie-breaker with 3 points lead. The Greek tried to put up a fight still but could not match the quality of the Serb.
Novak Djokovic will play against Andrey Rublev next. If he wins this match, he will be in a better position to advance to the next round. Stefanos Tsitsipas has to win his next match against Daniil Medvedev if he wants to keep his hopes alive in this tournament.
