Novak Djokovic expressed his frustration with the crowd for being too loud during the first round of the Australian Open.

Novak Djokovic was up against Dino Prizmic in the first round of the Australian Open. The top-seeded Djokovic started off the match well with a superb display in the first set of the match, beating Prizmic 6-2.
However, the Croatian came back strongly in the second set, beating Nole in a close encounter. However, one incident that took place during the course of the match was a heated altercation between the World No. 1 and the crowd.
The Serb was absolutely furious with the crowd for being too loud during the serves. Nole even remarked, “Shut the F**k up” towards the crowd. The officials had to interrupt and request the crowd be silent, especially during the serves.
Interestingly, this heated altercation with the fans is nothing new for Djokovic in recent times. The fans have lashed out at Nole for being so rude to them multiple times.
However, Nole still has the advantage in the match against Dino Prizmic, as he won the third set and is even leading in the fourth to clinch the match.
His dominance in the Australian Open seems to continue for now, as he has not lost a match in the Australian Open since 2018.
Fans lash out at Novak Djokovic for being too loud
It’s nothing new that a player needs a bit of environment to completely focus on the match. Going by that, there was nothing wrong with what the Serb asked for or referred to the crowd.
However, the fans did not like the way he identified the crowd. His actions have left Instagram flooded with negative reactions against him.

The Serb has one of the best records at the Australian Open. With a record 10 titles, he is one of the top seeds for the tournament.
However, his path to the quarters can be a bit tricky, as he can be drawn with Andy Murray in the coming rounds of the Tour.
