Novak Djokovic looked in trouble during his semifinal match against Italian Jannik Sinner on Friday at the 2024 Australian Open. The Serbian ace did not look in his element right from the start as he conceded the opening set 6-1. The Serbian was struggling to move across the court and return the shots.

Sinner also took the second set as Djokovic could only two games. While Djokovic did not look his best, Sinner kept on attacking the Serb and accumulating points with ease.

The Italian showed why he has not dropped a set yet in this tournament. Jannik Sinner went on to continue his form from the first set, and he won the second set 6-2 as well, which is even more stunning.

Nevertheless, coming back to Djokovic, the 36-year-old looked in trouble also during changeovers. Djokovic was captured holding his abdomen.

The Serbian looked in pain and it was enough for the fans to notice. The pictures of Djokovic holding his stomach went viral on social media.

With that being said, it will be interesting to hear from Djokovic about this after the match. The Serbian, however, managed to get his act together despite looking uncomfortable in the third set as he won it in the tiebreaker.
