In a collaboration that no one expected, World No. 1 Novak Djokovic and entrepreneur Alexis Ohanian have allegedly come together. Ohanian has made a name for himself in tennis circles owing to his marriage with former World No. 1 Serena Williams.

The Reddit co-founder has been quite involved in sports since he started dating Williams. Over the course of their relationship, the two have also become joint partners in many sporting ventures. This includes owning the Angel City Football Club, a brand new National Women’s Soccer League team in Los Angeles.

Williams and Ohanian have also invested in the golf league formed by greats Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy. Along with Serena’s sister Venus Williams, the power couple bought the first team in the new golf league to represent Los Angeles.

In a recent tech conference that was held in LA, Djokovic and Ohanian were both present. The two shared a selfie which was later posted on X (formerly Twitter) by Ohanian. He teased fans of ‘cooking up’ something with the Serb but refused to give any more details on the subject.

Djokovic has incorporated technology quite well. He is often seen with a special chip on his chest to record his match movements. With a keen interest in diversifying his business portfolio, the Serb won’t back down from joining hands with Ohanian who is globally famous for his technical prowess.

Novak Djokovic is preparing for Indian Wells in Los Angeles

Nole recently set up his camp at UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) for his preparations for the 2024 Indian Wells Masters. The 24-time singles Grand Slam champ interacted with the students of the university.

He even played American football with them channeling his inner Tom Brady. Djokovic and the NFL great have been good friends with the famous quarterback often spotted in Nole’s box at tournaments.

Djokovic is returning to Indian Wells for the first time since 2019. He skipped the event in 2021 after it was canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to his non-vaccinated status against the COVID-19 vaccine, he was not allowed to compete in 2022 and 2023.

Nole will be eyeing his sixth title at the Masters event. He is currently tied with Roger Federer who also won five titles during his illustrious career. With no threat to his World No. 1 rank as Carlos Alcaraz is the defending champ, a worry-free version of Djokovic will just add to his chances of winning the title.
