Rafael Nadal, the 22-time Grand Slam title champion, is all set to make his comeback to the sport with the Brisbane Open early next year. He has already met with some criticism and hatred towards him for having a rather comfortable draw compared to World No. 1, Novak Djokovic.
The fans of the Serbian tennis legend were disappointed with the apparent special treatment that the 14-time French Open champion received while fixing the draw for the 2024 Brisbane Open.
They have taken to social media to accuse the organizers of the tournament of fixing quite an easy draw for the Spaniard to help him reach the later stages of the tournament. Nole fans feel that this is being done to facilitate a smooth comeback for the former World No. 1.

The ‘King of Clay’ has been missing in action for almost a year now after withdrawing from the 2023 Australian Open due to injury concerns. He has been off the Tour ever since.
Only recently, the Spaniard announced his comeback to the sport while also mentioning how this might be his last season on tour before he bids goodbye to the sport for good.
While tennis fans and followers are excited about Rafael Nadal’s return to tennis with the Brisbane Open early in the next year, Novak Djokovic fans have lashed out against the organizers of the tournament for providing an easy pathway for the Spaniard to reach the title while making it difficult for the 24-time Grand Slam title champion.

As the 22-time Grand Slam title champion is gearing up to make one final comeback in his farewell tour, he recently had a training session with the Danish tennis player, Holger Rune.
The young Dane was astonished with the level of the game the Spaniard still had in his bag, as he stated that it was one of the hardest practice sessions he had in the past half year or so.
While making a return to the sport, Rafael Nadal also talked about how winning a Grand Slam is not his priority and that he is just happy to be able to compete at the highest level.
